UK Shipping:

All prices quoted on the Hooperhart Online Store include the cost of 1st Class postage withing the UK via Royal Mail. If you purchase an item priced at over £30.00 it will be delivered to you using 1st Class Recorded Delivery and will therefore require a signature. If you would prefer an item under this value to be delivered using 1st Class Recorded Delivery please get in touch. Bear in mind this will cost extra which will be invoiced to you separately to your order. We will endeavour to get your order to you within 7 days, but where this is not possible we will inform you as soon as possible.

Overseas Shipping:

We are happy to ship orders to countries outside the UK. If you are an overseas customer please bear in mind the extra costs of shipping when placing an order. We will contact you with full costs as soon as possible and then invoice you for these costs via Paypal if they are acceptable to you. The average delivery guidelines from Royal Mail are as follows: 3 days for Western Europe, 4 days for Eastern Europe and 5 days for the rest of the World. Please note these are guidelines and Hooperhart cannot be held responsible for carrier delays.

Returns

UK customers may return goods in their original condition with their receipt within 14 days of the date which Hooperhart has shipped the goods to the customer to obtain a full refund. Hooperhart is not liable for postage, shipping or taxes due on returned goods. Please take into account postage and shipping times when returning goods.

Overseas customers may return goods in their original condition with their receipt within 21 days of the date which Hooperhart has shipped the goods to the customer to obtain a full refund. Hopperhart is not liable for postage, shipping or taxes due on returned goods. Please take into account postage and shipping times when returning goods.

Outwith this period, only faulty goods may be returned. Exchanges or full refunds are entirely at the discretion of Hooperhart and will be for the current price for the product at the date they are received by Hooperhart, including any reductions. Where there is a delay in shipping over 21days due to carrier delays this results in a "special circumstance" and we will endeavour to remedy the situation as best we can.
