Our Products

All our products are handmade in Scotland by independent makers and designers. The majority of the photographs of the items within the Hooperhart Online Store feature the actual items you will receive when you place an order; when an item is purchased it is quite often the only one of its kind. If you are interested in ordering an item in any quantity please get in touch and we will see what we can do to meet your requirements. If an item you have previously seen on the site has become unavailable, you may still be able to purchase something very similar. You can use the notification tool or contact us directly.

Also please bear in mind that colours and textures in photos may differ slightly to the actual item - this is unavoidable but we try to represent and describe the items as accurately as possible. We believe you will be completely happy with your purchase but please refer to our Returns Policy if at all unsatisfied.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase is simple. Just browse our store, and add any products that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Your order is sent via email to Hooperhart. The order includes product and delivery details. We will confirm receipt of your order to your email address. (When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an email invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.)

The designer/maker of your ordered item(s) will then be notified and they will dispatch your order directly.

At the moment we use PayPal to process payments. Although you can use your PayPal account if you have one, you do not need a PayPal account to make purchases; you can use a credit or debit card. Alternatively you can send a cheque if you are based in the UK - just email us with your order. Please make cheques payable to Hoophoop and in £ Pounds Sterling and post to the address above. Once your funds have cleared (up to 7 working days) then we ship your order.
